To Place a Space from Quick List Dialog

Click Space on the Architectural ribbon.
The Create Space dialog and the Placement tab opens.
Note: The Quick List dialog will open only if it is already enabled.
Select Place By method from the drop-down list in the Placement Tab.
(Optional) Enable Show Quick List.
The Quick List dialog opens.

The spaces listed in the Quick List dialog are defined in the Program View Tab of Program Manager dialog.
Select a space from Quick List and place it in the Design Model.
After placing the space, it will be hidden from the Quick List.

Note: When all the spaces from a particular node are placed, the node is also hidden from the Quick List dialog.

Note: You can modify properties from Space properties dialog, and all the changes will be updated in the Program Manager dialog. Also, you can flood space for all shapes, and the area will get updated in Actual Area column of Program Manager dialog.

Note: If you enable Design Options in a non-design option file, then the Show Quick List gets disabled on the ribbon.

All the spaces are placed from Quick List dialog, and the Area values of all the placed spaces can be seen in the Actual Area column in the Program Manager dialog.
